  • Main Course - double smoked honey ham; chicken roulard filled with nuts; roast potatoes; marinated cucumber salad with dill;  pasta salad with tomato and pesto dressing and roma tomato; bocconcini and basil salad.  Dinner roll and butter.
  • Dessert - christmas pudding with brandied custard sauce

  • Beef strips in black bean sauce, soy and honey Jasmine rice
  • Selection of cold meats (chicken roulard, ham and beef)

  • Potato salad in yoghurt and mustard dressing
  • Broccoli, fetta, hazelnut and cherry tomato
  • Tossed salad in balsamic dressing

  • Mustard crusted sirloin, carved served medium rare with a selection of chutneys
  • Traditional Caesar salad
  • Roasted Pontiac potatoes topped with sour cream and bacon
  • Zucchini, eggplant and rocket salad with shaved parmesan and olive oil
  • Fresh crusty breads

Dessert

  • Platter of quality Australian boutique cheeses and fruit with crackers
  • Coffee and petit fours

Cost @ $25 per person Including 1 main, 2 salads or vegetables, and 1 dessert (minimum 30 guests)
