/ Caterer Michael Frost co-owner/operator of Brisbane based Ascot Catering. Michael leads a team of caterers who have been catering in Brisbane since 1991 for both small corporate functions,
including 5 course boardroom luncheons, to larger corporate functions,
for up to 1500 people.
Chef Frost has worked in some of the most famous hotels in Europe

• Claridge’s, London • Savouy, London •
Relais Carre D’Or, Paris • Le Petit Nice, Marseilles
• Kastens Luisenhof, Hanover.
He has joined the family business at the 43 room, Licensed Restaurant,
Conference Centre Best Western Airport Hacienda Motel, Brisbane,
